Once you have placed an order for your headrest(s), our team will then send it to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You should receive it within 2-3 working days subject to stock availabilty and ordering before 2pm. Free Delivery on orders £50 and over.
If you no longer need, want, or are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will refund or replace the item, including the original delivery charge, after inspection.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

Important Notes:
Returns after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
Hot tub returns must follow our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty.
