All items are returnable within 14 days, in an unused, resaleable condition. Returns are paid for by the buyer unless item is delivered damaged or faulty.

If you no longer need, want, or are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will refund or replace the item, including the original delivery charge, after inspection.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

Important Notes:

• Returns after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
• Hot tub returns must follow our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
• Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty.
