Master Spas Insulated Lockable Hot Tub Covers are excluded from our free delivery over £50 offer - A seperate invoice will follow if the correct shipping method isn't chosen at checkout.
If you no longer need, want, or are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will refund or replace the item, including the original delivery charge, after inspection.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

- Returns after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

- Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty.
