Mr. Silence

Enjoy the peace and quiet with Mr Silence. Thanks to the patented airstream design technology, the sound level of Mr Silence is as low as a fridge. At the beginning of the spa season, Mr Silence will run at full speed to heat up the spa rapidly. Once the temperature is getting close to set point, Mr Silence automatically adjusts to a lower speed, offering a more efficient and quieter operation. The COP at low speed is up to 16.

AquaIntel

Average-COP 9.3 AquaIntel runs at a 50% average capacity to provide the best energy saving performance and the most silent pool environment. With the Stepless DC Inverter, the compressor speed can be adjusted hertz by hertz and fan motor speed can be adjusted round by round. It adapts intelligently to different heating demands.

Quiet by Design

Thanks to Inverquark technology, Stepless DC inverter compressor and DC brushless fan motor, AquaIntel runs at 43dB between a whisper and moderate rainfall.

Double energy saving

By using a 13kW AquaIntel heat pump to heat up a 50m3 pool by 1°C, you can save 1012kW of energy consumption over a pool season. That’s nearly double the energy saved when compared to an equivalent 13kW On/Off heat pump.

Air source heat pump warranty

Mr. Silence

Our warranty provides coverage for defects in workmanship and defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions for a period of:

10 years on the compressor
5 years heat exchange and
3 years on spare parts

This warranty applies only to non-commercial, residential use of the heat pump and only to the original purchaser or original owner if the product was purchased as a gift. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from, neglected, power outages, low water flow, restricted air flow, or any other form of neglect, or abuse. There may be other exclusions to this warranty, as described in the Limited Warranty. It is important to carefully read and understand the terms of the Limited Warranty in order to fully understand the coverage provided. Additionally, any modifications or repairs made to the unit by a non-authorised technician will void the warranty. We recommend regular maintenance and proper use of the unit to ensure optimal performance and to maintain the validity of the warranty.
